About Authors

Some useful information you will need before your item submission.
Step 1
You must log on to «my Eureka» by giving your user name and password.
Step 2
Make sure the file format you want to submit is of the existing ones, those that are supported by Eureka IR. There is a list of supported file formats at (link). Please take a look at it before submitting. However, you should know that almost every format is supported by Eureka.
Step 3
Check the copyright information. If you are the only author make sure you have got the right permition from the publisher for a previously published work of yours. If you are not the only author ensure that you have got the permission of the others as well.
Step 4
Citation information.
If you indicate your work is previously published, you will be prompted to enter citation information as part of the submission process. You can use any citation format you wish, but be sure to include enough information that someone could locate the referenced version.
Step 5
Provide as much description of your work as possible. This way you increase the visibility of your paper, since the latter could be harvested from another system; you help us to better preserve your item; and you contribute to the retrieval process. A good way of doing the above is by thinking of good keywords and subjects that best describe your item. Subjects and keywords are especially important for works that are non-textual.
Step 6
Decide whether your material is one or several items. Your material could be a single item, an item with series of items or an item accompanied by a series of another item. If you have questions about whether your materials should be one or several items, or even a collection, contact us.
After that, you should decide into which collection you will submit your work. Some collections have restricted access. If you are not sure about the collection (link)contact us.
Step 7
For further assistance please contact the collection administrator.
